Hi, I’m Ellen Gong, the founder of ZINREY Lighting, a China-based modular LED linear lighting manufacturer.
I entered the lighting industry in 2010. Over the past 16 years, lighting has not only been my career — it has become a huge part of my life.
I started from the very beginning as a sales representative, then grew into sales manager, sales director, and eventually founded my own company. Throughout these years, I’ve spent countless days and nights discussing products, solving project challenges, supporting customers, and working closely with factory teams to turn ideas into real products.
What I learned over time is simple:
lighting is never just about products.
It’s about communication, trust, execution, and long-term partnership.
Global Experience Built Through Real Projects
Over the years, I’ve traveled across Europe, Australia, the Middle East, North America, Asia, South America, and Africa, building global connections through more than 150 international business flights across 15+ countries.
I’ve participated in over 1000 OEM / ODM / JDM projects, supporting customers from concept discussions, technical drawings, prototyping, tooling, golden sample confirmation, pilot production, mass production, quality control, and final shipment coordination.
From office lighting, commercial spaces, and architectural linear lighting systems to customized project developments, I’ve worked closely with customers in many different markets and application environments.
